Upgrade from 1.10.0.6 to 1.10.1.0 regressed Pro to Basic

Upgrade reported as successful. MM starts normally but as Basic and limited to three accounts. Earlier upgrades during past six weeks worked as expected. I've tried exiting and relaunching MM several time and restarted computer once, but MM continues to launch as Basic, not Pro. Entering original registration code reports it's already in use. Locating license file, nothing happens or changes after opening it. I've attached the log file with private details redacted. I suspect an issue with the Upgrading Settings phase at 21:37:19.7894.
