Maxim Money forum

This is something Microsoft Money does. Each time you close the file it saves the file but also makes a copy on another location (to specify).
This copy is overwritten each time.
Maybe it would be even better to not overwrite but clean up the copies if the total exceeds a specified number.
At the moment I do it manually but it happens that I forget.
