How to get notiications off any post in the forum?

At this stage I am interested in all the new posts in the forum.
For this I would have to subscribe to the forum.
How do I go about subscribing to the whole More Money forum?

Also : when I go to the forum I see threads with a yellow circle. I would think these were the threads with unread posts but if I go and read all the yellow circle remains. And : even where the last post is mine I see a yellow circle

I think the only way is to do as you suggest, and subscribe to each forum.

I think the yellow circle indicates a topic that you have participated in. If the topic is unread it highlights fully yellow.
