Backups are now made automatically when saving. It defaults to 3 backups being made, but this is configurable in Settings > Misc

Great but : where are they?
I have my Maxim Money files on my data partition. I have 2 Maxim Money files that I changed on 16/10 and 13/10.
I see one file: MaximMoney.bak1.mmy created on october 7th
One should be able to configure where the backup is stored. I hate things being stored on my C partition.

Edited and added : As I only installed the new build today I retested today (17/10)
I changed the 2 Maxim Money files I have and now see:
The good news is the backups come on my D partition although I keep all my other backups on a separate (backup) partition.
The strange thing is that the backupfile I already had - dated 7/10 changed from number 1 to number 2
The new backup has number 1 and is dated 16/10 whilst I made the change today.
The other backup created today is dated 13/10

I think the backup should have the date you made it.
Backup 1 should be the oldest

Are we able to import transactions from bank???????Or are you talking about importing from a previous program?

In Settings you can select where your backup files are stored!

Mine are in a folder on my NAS!
