After invoking a File Explorer window to e.g. select an MSMoney .mny file to import, right-clicking on a file or folder within said window causes MM to crash.

So you select File > Import..., then right-click on a file or folder within the Open file dialog, and you get an error? Can you post a screenshot please, as that one doesn't seem to have come through.
