What do you think so far?

Post by Campbell »

Aside from any bugs you've found, what are your general opinions on the app so far? Do you like using it? How do you think it compares with MS Money, or any other personal finance apps you have tried?

I am trying to use it.
I could not import my from Microsoft Money but that is OK
I am now trying to enter the accounts as in Microsoft Money but I have many problems so I will stop until these are solved:

- The problem with entering amounts.> I can now using calculator but that is one step more than needed.
- Need to enter categories and subcategories and cannot add categories. I made one but see no option to add

I will not continue before the category thing is solved because all my work would be wasted

Could you try with the latest version? I'm hoping the issue was just around the date format in QIF files.

WOW WOW this is great.

I exported my Binck bank account.
Money gives the option Loose QIF or Strict QIF. I tried both. I see no difference.
But there is again a problem with numbers.
I will send you a mail.
