The first 8 digits of the QIF filename is the account number. That is the only way I can tell them apart.

Neither of the files show an opening balance or account name. They just start with the latest transaction:

I'm using the latest version 1.1.0.2

I have created two accounts - these both happen to be with the same bank. I have then downloaded 12 months worth of transaction in QIF format. The first file for the first account was dragged and dropped with no issues. The second file gives this error:
